Payment, Shipping & Returns

PAYMENT:

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase and are finished shopping, select the ‘check out’ option and you will be prompted with the necessary check out procedures including supplying your shipping & billing address.

All payment on the Travelling Trader website are processed through Pay Pal which accepts all credit/debit cards and other pay pal accounts.

Pay Pal is a secure payment portal and Travelling Trader does not have access to your financial details at any point.
SHIPPING:

We ship anywhere in the world.

All purchases are shipped by international courier from the country of sale.

If you would like your tracking number for you order please e-mail us

Delivery is between 5 – 12 working days by airmail and 3-7 weeks if shipped. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES:

by airmail: $15 for large package and $9 for small package.

by ship: $8 for large package and $5 for small package.
Travelling Trader RETURN POLICY:

We do not issue cash refunds on returns. If you have chosen the wrong size or are not happy with the style we can issue you with a credit voucher to be spent on something else on the online store (replacement sizes are subject to stock availability).

The shipping fee will not be included on your credit voucher, the amount issued on the credit voucher will be the value of the garment only.

Return shipping is at the cost and liability of the purchaser and the credit voucher will only be issued once the goods have been received in good order.
DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the unlikely event that your garment is damaged we will give you a full cash refund.

Refunds will only be issued once the damaged item is received.

The refund amount will include: original purchase amount (garment + shipping) and cost of return shipping (please ensure this is marked clearly on the outside of the return package otherwise this will not be refunded).

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS RETURNED ARE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
